The Highest Management Placements in NCR at I.T.S

Institute of Technology and Science (I.T.S) has achieved the highest management placements in NCR through its well-developed Corporate Resource Centre (CRC). The function of this center is to minimize the gap between functional and analytical skills and ultimately provide the most suitable fit for its students. So, well prepared are the students that they are ready to take on any type of challenge right from the beginning of professional lives. During the campus placements, the participation of various cross-sector is the evidence of excellent and quality talent pool related to this institute.

The CRC concept was to facilitate the proactive relationship between the corporate world and the academia. The Centre of excellence makes continuous efforts to build long-lasting and fruitful relationships with different organizations. In order to make this possible, the resource center contains a core team of student managers, development officers, and experienced faculty spearheaded by director-general to ensure the success of all the efforts made for placement in various corporate offices.

Different bodies and associations support the function of CRC and this includes CII, FICCI, CSIR, NHRDN, and GMA. The center undertakes different events such as programs for personality development and MDPs in valuing guest lecturers and students along with conferences, seminars, and industry visits. The students of the various management programs can participate in career and education fairs and make the most of networking available from the Institute.

The aim of the personality development programs or the PDPs is to enhance the skills of the students and provide them an edge when it comes to the corporate selection process. It is possible to categorize broadly the activities of corporate research center into,

I.T.S has the highest management placements in NCR  was objective being to assist the students in attaining and acquiring desired employment. Everyone involved including the student members and the CRC members will work together to attain these objectives. Project/summer training is also available for the students will thorough counseling to help them land the dream jobs.
